    List of the Job Vacancies

    i) Research Fellow on Mass Properties

    The Challenge: There is vacant position for a research fellow (m/f) to perform theoretical and experimental tasks in the field of CG, MOI and POI. He or she must have ability to carry out tests, collect results and write the technical reports. Preferred qualification is a master of science in mechanical engineering along with at least 5 years effective experience. The successful candidate should master 3D modeling (Catia v5, or SolidWorks 2012), FEA (ANSYS 14) and programming in MATLAB. Excellent command of English language is a must, but Persian and other regional languages are merit. As we believe in diversity, foreign nationals and female individuals are particularly encouraged to apply.

  3. Student Thesis

    Space Tech considers remarkable research titles for students of master level as well as outstanding students of finishing semesters of bachelor level. These subjects could be also subscribed as the Seminar, M.Sc. or B.Sc. thesis if the student would interest. Most of the suggested themes are empirical leading to notable outcomes that can be declared in the domestic and worldwide journals. To this purpose the student needs to acquire the following minimum requirements:

    • Good command of English language to use technical documents and to write reports, papers
    • Fundamental engineering mathematics; optimization; integrals on surface and volume
    • Familiar with trigonometric and mass properties of solids; basic mechanics; application of mass properties to solve static and dynamical problems
    • Familiar with electromechanical systems; measurement systems; calculation of error
    • Programming (preferably MATLAB)
    • 3D modeling (preferably Catia v5 or SolidWorks)

    Experience with engineering and laboratory equipments is an asset.

    List of Open Research Positions

    There are two vacant research positions for students of semester 3 or 4 master level, to investigate research themes in the field of mass properties mainly MOI and POI. Successful candidates are preferred to be in mechanical engineering (applied design) or aerospace (structure) from on of top universities.
